Braderie de Lille 2027 Pitch Booking: Residents
We do not yet have information about pitch bookings for this 2027 edition of the Braderie de Lille; the information below relates to the previous edition.
You live inside the old Braderie perimeter = free pitch

The 2027 booking deadline has not yet been published by the City of Lille (in 2026, registration was open from 11 June to 18 August).
You can no longer sell in front of your home if you live on: rues Colbert, Gambetta, Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul, des Sarrazins, d’Esquermes, Jules Guesde, d’Arras, de Douai, de Cambrai and de Maubeuge (from the rue de Cambrai to the rue de Douai), places Vanhoenacker, Casquette or de la Nouvelle Aventure, boulevards de la Liberté, Louis XIV or Victor Hugo.
In return, you get priority for a free pitch in dedicated areas at the heart of the Braderie and as close as possible to your home.
– Your Braderie location: a 5-metre pitch allocated as registrations come in, depending on availability, in the following places: around the parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas, the squares Foch and Dutilleul, on the Quai du Wault, place de la République, Roger Salengro and Louise de Bettignies, and avenue du Peuple belge (between place Louise de Bettignies and rue Alphonse Colas).
– Setting up: Saturday 4 September 2027 from 6 am to 8 am
– Documents to provide:– if you are a resident owner: a form of ID and a 2025 property tax notice (taxe foncière) – if you are a resident tenant: a form of ID, a copy of your 2025 housing tax (taxe d’habitation) and a rent receipt dated within the last 3 months
– Where to request your “authorised pitch” proof: at the Département Événementiel (events department) – Ville de Lille, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille
You live inside the new Braderie perimeter = free pitch
– Your Braderie location: in front of the façade of your home.
– Setting up: Saturday 4 September 2027 from 6 am to 8 am.
– Documents to provide: – if you are a resident owner: a form of ID and a 2025 property tax notice (taxe foncière). The pitch must be shared between all co-owners who want to sell in front of their building – if you are a resident tenant: a form of ID, a 2027 letter from your landlord, a copy of their property tax notice or a letter from the letting agency authorising the pitch, and a rent receipt dated within the last 3 months. The pitch must be shared between all tenants who want to sell in front of their building.
– Where to request your “authorised pitch” proof: at the Département Événementiel (events department) – Ville de Lille, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille
REMINDER: Vehicles are not allowed to park inside the Braderie perimeter.
