This page explains which personal data are processed when you visit braderie-de-lille.fr, why, for how long, and what your rights are. It complements the legal notice.

Who is the data controller?

The data controller is Ad-Works, SARL with a share capital of €1,000, 97 rue de Mouvaux, 59200 Tourcoing, France, Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register 839 134 343, publisher of the site. For any question about your data: bonjour@braderie-de-lille.fr.

Which data are processed, and why?

Browsing the site

When you visit the site, the host records technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser, date and time). They are used to keep the site running and secure (legitimate interest) and are kept for one year at most.

Audience measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (page views, visit duration, device type, approximate city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Measurement data are kept for 14 months.

Advertising

The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. With your consent, Google and its certified partners (IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework, TCF) may use cookies and identifiers to show you personalised ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown, which do not rely on your browsing history. Information on how Google uses data is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Contact form and e-mails

When you use the Advertise form or write to us, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, business, phone number, message) to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a partnership (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). These exchanges are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted.

Cookies and consent

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. The site uses three categories:

  • Necessary cookies: site operation and storage of your consent choices. They do not require your agreement.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics): set only if you accept them.
  • Advertising (Google AdSense and certified partners): set only if you accept them.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise these cookies; refusing is as easy as accepting. Your choice is kept for 13 months at most, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time by clicking “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

Who receives your data?

Your data are accessible to Ad-Works and, for the purposes described above, to its processors: o2switch (hosting, France), Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement, advertising, e-mail) and the certified advertising partners you have consented to. Some of these providers process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to bonjour@braderie-de-lille.fr or by post to Ad-Works, 97 rue de Mouvaux, 59200 Tourcoing, France. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to the people who need it, and hosting is provided in France by a provider that applies physical and logical security measures.

Updates

This policy may change, for example if we switch measurement tool or advertising network. The date of the last update is shown below; significant changes will be flagged by the consent banner. The French version of this policy prevails.
