We do not yet have information about pitch bookings for this 2027 edition of the Braderie de Lille; the information below relates to the previous edition.

You are a shopkeeper and your shop is inside the new Braderie perimeter = free pitch

Booking a pitch at the Braderie de Lille

The 2027 booking deadline has not yet been published by the City of Lille (in 2026, registration was open from 11 June to 18 August).

– Your Braderie location: in front of your shop front.

– Setting up: from 8 am on Saturday 4 September 2027

– Documents to provide : a form of ID and a 2027 Kbis extract (company registration certificate).

– Where to request your “authorised pitch” proof : at the Département Événementiel (events department) / Ville de Lille, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille

– Can you set up specific structures on public land? Yes. In addition to the authorised pitch request, you must fill in a public land occupation file and receive an installation permit (arrêté d’autorisation). These documents must be requested before 7 July from the Département Événementiel / Ville de Lille, Domaine Public, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille, or by email: evenementiel.domainepublic@mairie-lille.fr

You are a non-profit association = free pitch

– Your Braderie location: around the porte de Paris.

– Setting up: Saturday 4 September 2027 from 6 am to 8 am

– Documents to provide: a form of ID for the association’s representative, a letter describing the project, which must not be food-related but must fit the spirit of the Braderie, valid proof of insurance and a public land occupation file, to be requested by 19 June at the latest from the Département Événementiel / Ville de Lille, Domaine Public, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille, or by email: evenementiel.domainepublic@mairie-lille.fr

You are a professional dealer or antique dealer

You will no longer be able to set up around the parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas or on the rue Charles Debierre: the whole of the boulevard Louis XIV and boulevard de la Liberté, as well as the rue Saint-Sauveur, will be allocated to you, creating a “bargain-hunting axis” (axe de la chine).

– Your Braderie locations:
A pitch of about 10 x 4 metres on the boulevard Louis XIV (central island) and boulevard de la Liberté (central island), the rues du Réduit, Frédéric Mottez, Saint-Sauveur, Malpart, Gauthier de Chatillon (along the Palais des Beaux-Arts) and place Roger Salengro.

– When to set up:

– 2 pm to 5 pm for the rues Gauthier de Chatillon and Malpart
– 3 pm to 5 pm for the rues du Réduit, Frédéric Mottez and Saint-Sauveur
– 7 pm to 9 pm for the boulevard Louis XIV, boulevard de la Liberté and place Roger Salengro.

– Documents to provide:
The registration file received by post, a form of ID, a 2027 Kbis extract, a copy of your professional card and of the registration document (carte grise) of your vehicle(s) (2 maximum).
Documents must be returned to the Département Événementiel – Ville de Lille, Braderie, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille. A payment notice (titre de recette) for €250 will be sent to you beforehand. You must pay this amount to the Trésor Public (the French public treasury) by any means stated on the notice before taking possession of your pitch, and show proof of payment when you set up. Otherwise, the pitch will be given to another professional.

You are a regular Esplanade trader (non-food sales)

– Your Braderie location : a numbered pitch along the Esplanade, with no permission to park on site (a car park is provided).

– When to set up: on 5 September, between 9 am and 7 pm for the whole Esplanade, in the authorised areas.

– Documents to provide:
The registration file received by post, a form of ID, a 2027 Kbis extract, a copy of your professional card and of the registration document (carte grise) of your vehicle(s) (2 maximum). Documents must be returned to the Département Événementiel – Ville de Lille, Braderie, 2 bis rue Frédéric Mottez, Lille. A payment notice (titre de recette) for €250 will be sent to you beforehand. You must pay this amount to the Trésor Public by any means stated on the notice before taking possession of your pitch, and show proof of payment when you set up. Otherwise, the pitch will be given to another professional.

You are a market trader at a Lille market

Local open-air markets will be kept on their usual days and at their usual times. Only the regular traders, at the usual market times, of the Sébastopol market on Saturday and of the place du Concert and Wazemmes markets on Sunday are allowed to set up under the usual conditions. Setting up will be as usual (on the usual market days and at the usual times, in liaison with the Halles et Marchés market supervisors).

A paid Braderie for professionals. Flat-rate pricing for professional dealers and antique dealers, food trucks and friteries (chip stands).

WHAT CAN YOU SELL DURING THE BRADERIE DE LILLE 2027?
What is allowed
– second-hand goods and antiques,
– collectors’ items,
– second-hand items,
– new items only for shopkeepers with a permanent shop on the streets authorised for the Braderie and on the rue Gambetta, indoors, under the usual rules for premises open to the public (ERP),
– takeaway food only:
– for shopkeepers with a permanent shop, according to their usual activity, on the streets authorised for the Braderie,
– for friteries and food trucks at the locations agreed with the City.
What is forbidden
– any sale of new items by private individuals,
– any sale by market traders outside the markets at place Sébastopol, the Wazemmes market square and place du Concert,
– any food sale by private individuals or market traders (other than those mentioned above).
