The comics braderie in Lille (Braderie de la BD)

During the Braderie de Lille weekend, the Palais des Beaux-Arts hosts the comics braderie (Braderie de la BD): around twenty stalls entirely devoted to comics, run by second-hand booksellers, associations, bookshops and private sellers, all with bargain prices.
The municipal library also runs a storytelling and reading corner, with seating and comics to browse.
Opening hours: Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm (previous edition). Free entry.
Access: from place de la République, on the rue Gauthier-de-Châtillon side. The museum’s permanent collections are closed all weekend.
